0870 numbers are also known as National Rate Numbers.
The caller only pays for a national rate call when
dialing from anywhere in the UK, which is
6.38p per minute daytimes, 3.15p per minute evenings,
and 1.28p per
minute during the weekend.
The

international carriers make the 0870 numbers reachable
from abroad. We cannot however provide guarantee on
whether the 0870 numbers are or will be diallable from
abroad, as this is not in our control.
