In order to meet your needs and comply with NHS Executive
document EL (97)48 Pulse Connexions trains staff to carry
out full checks and procedures before putting a candidate
forward for an assignment, these include:
- A current and up to date CV
- current professional referees
- Current GMC/NMC certificate or
letter of eligibility for registration
- Certificates of all medical qualifications
- Evidence of eligibility to work
in the UK
- Proof of identity for security
purposes
- National Insurance number
- A current copy of immunity to
Rubella and health records stating all immunity is up
to date including Hepatitis B
- Police checks
- Confirmation of membership or,
if overseas candidate, application to MDU/MPS
