The purpose of the Site is to assist healthcare professionals who are looking for jobs ("Candidates") and to allow employers ("Clients") to advertise vacancies for healthcare professionals. Candidates may search the Pulse Connexions database free of charge once they have registered to use the Site. Employers may advertise vacancies once they have registered to use the Site.


When registering you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself. By registering as a Candidate you agree to abide by these General Terms of Use and by registering as an Client you agree to abide by these General Terms of Use.


You are responsible for selecting a username and password when you register as a Candidate or a Client. You must ensure that you keep your password in a safe and secure place and that you do not disclose this to anyone because you will be responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password. It is your responsibility to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or any other breach of security as soon as you become aware of it. We have taken every care in the preparation of the Site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to the Site at all times.


The information on the Site has been included in good faith for general informational purposes only. As a Candidate you should verify that the description is accurate if you wish to apply for a specific job. The information and job descriptions should not be relied upon for any specific purpose and no representation or warranty is given as to their accuracy or completeness.

1. post content or participate in any form of discussion which is unlawful, harassing, libellous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or which otherwise includes objectionable material;
2. post content which you do not have the right to use or transmit to the Site any material containing software viruses or files designed to damage or disrupt the good working order of any computer or telecommunications equipment; or

We will not be liable for doing this. We may bar your access to this Site if you breach these provisions.
